Ashley Stephens has served the Dougherty County School System Athletic Department since October 2016 and is a key member of the district athletics team. As Administrative Specialist, Ticket Coordinator, and Concession Coordinator, she supports the daily operations of the Athletic Department and Hugh Mills Stadium.

Working closely with the District Director of Athletics, Ashley coordinates essential administrative and event operations, including ticketing and revenue reporting, concessions, budgeting, payroll, purchasing, vendor relations, travel, staffing, and communication with coaches, officials, and school administrators. She also supports facility operations, athletic technology systems, tournaments, and special events throughout the district.

Known for her professionalism, organization, and commitment to service, Ashley plays an important behind-the-scenes role in creating efficient, well-managed athletic experiences for DCSS student-athletes, coaches, schools, and spectators. Her years of dedicated service and extensive knowledge of district athletic operations make her a valued member of the DCSS Athletics team.
